This week’s fitness video features a short upper body tabata workout. Tabata is 4ish minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT); where you work HARD for 20 seconds, and then recover for 10 seconds. You then repeat this combination for 8 rounds. In the video, you’ll see that the verse of the week is Proverbs 31:10. Also keep in mind, Proverbs 31:17 (NIV):”…..her arms are strong for her tasks.” It’ll help keep your mind on track as you work your arms, shoulders and upper back.
