Declaration & Healthy Living Bit of the Week

Hi Everyone!!

This week’s declaration is based on Romans 8:37-39: I am more than a conqueror through God who loves me. Nothing can separate me from His love.

I’m a bit of a planner; so nearly every Sunday, I write out a meal plan for the week…actually three. My husband likes his chicken, seafood and turkey. My children eat VERY little meat; and I don’t eat any. It’s pretty easy to manage. I can usually make “side” dishes that everyone likes; but no one (except me) likes red quinoa and kale. It is SO very good to me! I mix together sauteed mushrooms and kale, red quinoa and chikpeas. It’s easy to make, takes little time, very filling and it’s delicious (to me)! On these nights, I will usually make chicken, rice, broccoli and yams for my husband; and black beans (which my children love), rice, yams and broccoli for my children. Are there any other moms out there, preparing multiple meals?
